• Utensils: If you require any specific item or utensil, please contact us and we will do our best to provide it.

• Maintenance: In case of equipment malfunction or need for housekeeping services, please contact us.

• Voltage: The voltage in our homes is 220 V. Please be careful with your personal equipment.

• Cooking Gas: Our cooking gas system is unified. If it runs out, we activate the backup system; just let us know.

Parking

• There is a public parking lot with limited spaces on the avenue near the houses. Please pay attention to the spaces designated for people with disabilities and the elderly.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 PM

We are flexible as much as possible, just contact us.

Additional Guidelines

• Shower: There is a shower in front of the square. Please remove any excess sand when you arrive from the beach before entering the houses.

• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.

• Household Equipment: Bringing household equipment to the beach is not permitted (chairs, kitchen utensils, blankets, bedspreads, pillows).

• Multiple Reservations: If you have booked more than one house, please do not bring/exchange items between them.
